No. THEATRE EDUCATORS OF NORTH TEXAS is a wing office that plans instruction and staging rounds with schools and festivals. We do not operate a box office, we do not resell seats and we do not answer to a ticket broker. When a school needs a young audience to reach a show, we help plan the matinee run and the talkback, and the venue keeps its own ticket arrangements.
Have a cleared floor, a table for materials, a door that the class can use without crowding a hallway and a named contact who will meet the artist at the entrance. If a workshop uses a script or a set of props, the schedule in the confirmation note names what the school supplies. Anything on that list is there so that the first ten minutes of a class are spent working rather than searching for a chair.
